Super Bowl LVlll Party Food
Whether you're a San Francisco 49'ers or Kansas City Chiefs fan you will be tuned in for the Super Bowl on Sunday. Personally I'm there for the commercials and the food because I have yet to understand the game (shhh....don't tell anyone). We will be having some of our favorites during the game this year and we're excited to be sharing them with you all! Our Super Bowl menu is live on the website at Carolima's.
One of our most popular dishes - especially among men is the Warm Buffalo Chicken Dip. It's made with lots of hand shredded white meat chicken, hot sauce, and cheese! Served warm this is delicious with tortilla chips or if your'e watching your carb intake celery sticks are great too.
The Warm Spinach & Artichoke Dip is another crowd favorite. We've had clients who swear they don't eat artichokes OR spinach enjoy it. It's made with parmesan cheese, chopped spinach and artichoke hearts. it's baked to perfection and served with pita chips that are fried in house (when available). If you prefer, the tortilla chips are great also. Either way, it's great party pleaser - especially if you have vegetarian guests.
Tangy BBQ Beef Meatballs are a crowd pleaser. Some would say a party ain't a party without a meatball. LOL. We use a rich, bbq sauce and bake until the sauce is throughout the meatball. They're so good you can't eat just a couple.
Our flavored wings are sure to be a hit. We are serving up the classic buffalo wings as well as our sweet and tangy which is made with a house made sauce. The very popular lemon pepper wing flavor is on the menu as well. We are affectionately known for our southern fried chicken wings. If you're interested in serving a sure fire winner I highly recommend the southern fried wings.
